Job Description

As a Server/Food and Beverage Services Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving Food and Beverages: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages at customers' tables while maintaining impeccable presentation and quality.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively while providing excellent communication skills.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and maintenance of wine inventory and glassware, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimal waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise other servers and bussing staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.
  • Order Management: Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Scheduling and Training: Assist with scheduling staff and provide training to new employees, enhancing overall performance and productivity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to their needs, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
