Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Demand Planner to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust demand plans, ensuring high levels of customer service, and optimizing supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for Canada, taking into account market trends, customer behavior, and supply chain constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
  • Optimize inventory levels and manage stockroom operations to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP, with experience in statistical forecasting and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
