Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at Canada Road Transport Inc. As an overland freight dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods across the country.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport goods from one location to another using various types of trucks and equipment.
  • Frequently travel long distances to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage communication systems to stay in touch with dispatchers and other drivers.
  • Keep detailed records of transportation information, including routes, cargo, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
  • Extensive experience driving large vehicles over long distances.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and access to company-owned trucks and equipment.
