Job Description

This Marketing Manager position reports to the Director of Marketing and is part of the Marketing Brand and Communications department. The successful candidate will collaborate with agency partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to create marketing strategies and launch successful campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, digital marketing, and web optimization. Experience managing agency partners, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations is essential. Strong execution and project management skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for all Service Experts Canadian locations, including seasonal campaigns, lead generation, and product launches.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, evaluating best practices from Enercare's national presence and testing them for leverage in Service Experts locations.
  • Conduct annual planning and forecasting, with weekly campaign optimization based on performance, and review marketing results with General Managers to make recommendations.
  • Optimize media mix, understanding digital marketing, paid search, direct mail, email, and broader media for brand building, such as radio, TV, and OOH advertising.
  • Drive effective lead generation for products and services, supporting sales enablement by working with stakeholders to optimize materials used in the field.
  • Enhance SEO, collaborating with General Managers to support rich local content and community presence, and partnering with digital teams to ensure a strong presence in local and product SEO.
  • Utilize analytical abilities to optimize marketing investments, staying informed about local competition, media spend, and offer competitiveness.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing, digital marketing, and web optimization.
  • Experience managing agency partners to achieve strong outcomes in web and digital marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data, provide actionable recommendations, and identify KPIs, collaborate with internal analytics teams for reporting.
  • Strong execution and project management skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
