Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and staff.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with proficiency in MS Office, electronic schedulers, and database software.
Work Environment:
