Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Theodore Chionidis. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and companionship to our clients in their homes.

Job Summary:

This is a temporary position that requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for administering bedside and personal care, assisting clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and providing companionship.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and support to clients
  • Launder clothing and household linens
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Work Environment:

Our clients live in urban areas, and you will be required to work in their homes. You will be provided with room and board, and optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis.
