Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food Service Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food service meet our high standards. This includes supervising staff, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and managing inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong commitment to quality and customer service
