Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Discipleship to join our team at Briercrest College and Seminary. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling the purpose of One Hope Canada within their camp and will be entrusted with making connections, building relationships, mentoring, and discipling campers and children/youth in the community on a year-round basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Ministry Director with leading a team of summer missionaries
  • Work with and report to the Ministry Director and the Ontario Field Director
  • Develop and implement strategies to fulfill the purpose of One Hope Canada within the camp
  • Mentor and disciple campers and children/youth in the community

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the purpose and mission of One Hope Canada and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to fulfilling that purpose within the camp. The successful candidate will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
