Clinical Supervisor - Psychology

CASA Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - Psychology to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of mental health care for children, youth, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supervision plans to support the growth and development of therapists
  • Oversee the development and implementation of mental health assessment and treatment plans
  • Complete documentation to support supervisees' registration with CAP
  • Identify core skills and support the delivery of high-quality clinical services
  • Assess and problem-solve factors impacting the clinical supervision relationship
  • Ensure a holistic and high-quality model of assessment and treatment planning
  • Follow organizational policy and practice regarding admission, discharge, and maintenance of health records
  • Incorporate evidence-informed, best practice models into clinical practice
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree with a major in psychology
  • Five or more years of experience delivering child and/or adolescent mental health services
  • Knowledge and experience supporting the healing of children and youth who have experienced trauma
  • Knowledge and experience in therapeutic modalities for treating children and youth
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
