About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Relationship Builder to join our high-growth North American Strategic Alliances & Partnerships team. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving partner pipeline revenue growth and expansion targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage Referral, Reseller, and ISV partners within designated territories to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute individual partner plans aligned with the overall North American Channel strategy, working collaboratively with regional partners to develop and execute business strategies and plans.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships within partner accounts to increase Prophix adoption and expand our channel footprint.
- Responsible for achieving territory channel pipeline and sales targets.
- Assist partners throughout their sales cycles, including supporting end-to-end cycles for new and onboarding partners.
- Effectively articulate Prophix's business benefits and value proposition to partner prospects, partners, and their clients/prospects.
- Collaborate with the Prophix Field Marketing team on partner campaigns, including lead generation and nurture events, partner sales education, and partner adoption.
- Represent Prophix at conferences and onsite partner events, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Serve as an internal/external liaison representing both Partner and Prophix interests to other departments across the organization.
- Work effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong partner or client relationships within a technology or advisory company.
- The ability to develop new business and effectively manage a partner territory.
- Experience with project management or meeting sales objectives and territory/account development.
- Competitive and ambitious mindset with a history of managing complex, conceptual solution implementation or sales with partners.
- The ability to navigate complex organization charts and obtain buy-in at multiple levels.
- Consultative selling experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of accounting and/or financial concepts (academic or practical).
- Proficient in use of salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
