Office Management Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Professional to join our team at ABS TRUCK REPAIR SOLUTION LTD.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires 30-40 hours of work per week. As an Office Management Professional, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating performance, planning and organizing tasks, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong client focus. You will work closely with our team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional support to our customers.
Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and organize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Train staff on new procedures and policies.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Schedule appointments and confirm meetings.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or services.
- Maintain digital databases and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong client focus and customer service skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

- A competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year.
