Salary

The salary for this position ranges from £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding career in neonatal nursing.

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and experienced senior neonatal nurse to join our team on the neonatal unit. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing individualized nursing care and family integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Family Integrated Care while working closely with parents as partners in care
  • Assisting in the management and organization of nursing work on the ward/department
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold registration with the NMC (RGN/RSCN/RN/RM), ENB 405 or equivalent, NLS, and ENB 998 or equivalent qualifications. A willingness to undertake the ENP course within a specified timeframe is also required.
