About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Hyungon Kim. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Companionship: Engage in activities with clients, such as exercise, hobbies, or simply spending time together, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with clients, their families, and our team, ensuring a collaborative approach to care.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential.
  • Experience: Experience in a care-related field is an asset, but not necessary. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.
