As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Finance Software Trainer to join our team in Milton, Ontario.


About the Role:


This position involves providing training and support to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). You will be responsible for virtual training, online, and on-the-phone assistance before implementing our software. Additionally, you will assist customers onsite in person, when required, with new software installation training.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Learn and develop an understanding of our software
  • Develop expertise in training customers on our software
  • Master data entry and other key tasks
  • Complete payroll module certification
  • Become proficient in installing software without assistance
  • Prioritize tasks independently
  • Take initiative to learn new products
  • Provide excellent customer support in our software
  • Navigate DMS software to better assist customers
  • Train customers directly and work in assigned silos
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Respond to internal and external training requests
  • Write up tickets and investigate issues
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Share knowledge within the DTO team
  • Maintain documentation and update processes
  • Commit to ongoing education and cross-training
  • Monitor DTO queue
  • Foster excellent customer service skills
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

About You:


We are looking for someone with experience in bookkeeping/accounting and 1-2 years of previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or at PBS Systems. A High School Diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
