At Gray Collection, we are seeking an Infrastructure Law Specialist to join our Legal Services Department. This role will oversee the management and settlement of major disputes on Ontario's critical infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Litigation and/or Commercial Law, with a minimum of six (6) years' experience as a Senior Legal Counsel. Experience in Construction Law, Contract and Claims Management, Infrastructure Law, or Procurement Law is an asset.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $125,200 to $187,800, based on years of call and relevant experience. The position is located at 1 Dundas St West, easily accessible by public transit.

You will also be responsible for negotiating directly with opposing lawyers on high-stakes issues and overseeing external counsel on litigation and arbitration matters.
