Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Calgary Carpet Empire Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
