Job Summary:

LHH Knightsbridge is seeking a highly experienced Store Operations Director to lead the success and growth of our Langford store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and inventory management.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of managing people and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Operational Strategies: Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and develop market share within the Langford store customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of 25-40 staff members, fostering a positive and respectful work environment and ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with other CBS store managers to share best practices and improve overall performance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Industry Experience: Prior experience in the lumber and building materials industry, with a deep understanding of products, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Five years of relevant experience in a people management or branch management capacity in a B2B environment.
  • Business Acumen: Proven experience managing people in the lumber supply industry with proven business results.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful sales, operations, and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive profitability.

What We Offer:

LHH Knightsbridge offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
