At The P&G Coffee Group Inc., we are seeking a skilled Morning Dining Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. Key responsibilities include inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in food preparation and handling, ordering supplies and equipment, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records, and ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
