Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Port 7 Customs Brokerage. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks, communicating with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in bookkeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer skills: MS Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Work conditions: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and fast-paced environment.
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, dependable, organized, team player, and time management skills.
