Customer Service Representative - French Bilingual

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone and email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison - Communicate with clients to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Client Advocate - Provide personalized support to clients, handling calls and order management.
  • Personal Development - Participate in departmental training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong computer competency, including MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
