Job Description

KAYZEN CLOUD SOLUTIONS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Co-ordinate office services, such as accommodation and equipment, and assist in the preparation of the operating budget.
  • Train staff and oversee administrative procedures, including payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
