About Our Opportunity
In this role, you will play a key part in promoting positive employee and labour relations practices in the Province of Nova Scotia. You will be responsible for efficiently managing cases adjudicated by the Labour Board in accordance with provincial labour and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage cases adjudicated by the Labour Board in a timely manner.
- Provide navigational support to self-represented parties appearing before the Board.
- Conduct research, gather and analyze information, prepare reports and presentations.
