Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels.
  • Staff Management: Conduct performance reviews, lead and instruct individuals, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers and managing work terms and hours.

Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. Work Language: English. Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
