We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Management Assistant to join our team at Southport Daycare.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, and maintaining accurate accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare trial balance of books
Computer and Technology Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position
  • 32 hours per week
  • English language required
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000-$55,000 based on industry standards and cost of living in the area. The compensation package also includes a range of benefits that support work-life balance and employee well-being.
