At Harry Rosen, we're seeking a skilled Clothing Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personalize the shopping experience for clients, offering tailored recommendations and expert advice on menswear and luxury fashion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, menswear styles, and luxury products to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Participate in merchandising activities, store maintenance, and visual displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Utilize technology and resources to drive sales growth, track client interactions, and analyze sales data to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong passion for fashion, menswear, and luxury retail, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail technology.
