Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Frankly Coffee and Bistro is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our coffee shop and bistro.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and coaching to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and optimized.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules that meet the needs of our business and our staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
