Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Alberta Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our pharmacy team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to support pharmacy operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Organized and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
