About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 1094661 B.C. LTD. in a medical office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain a calendar, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to medical staff, including maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and preparing documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including patient files and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Assist in maintaining a smooth-running office environment, including managing inventory and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
