Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Patron Career Staffing. As an Administrative Officer, you will provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve administrative issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
