About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Landscape Worker at M LeBlanc Lawn Care & Landscaping. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, maintaining outdoor spaces, and operating various equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Maintain outdoor spaces by cutting grass, raking, and collecting refuse.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as backhoes, forklifts, and tractors.
  • Apply fertilizers and repair equipment as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
