About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property Manager to join our team at ORCA REALTY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our property portfolio and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a positive and can-do attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Cultivate a successful referral platform with clients and real estate agents
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Sign leases and follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships
  • Effective problem solver with strong attention to detail and a resolve to succeed
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Process applications quickly and effectively
  • Buildium experience is an asset
Requirements
  • Valid BC Property Managers License
  • Valid BC Drivers License
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset
