About the Job


As a Substance Use and Mental Health Therapist at PHSA, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to individuals struggling with complex mental health and substance use challenges.


The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in an allied health discipline (counselling and/or social work) from an approved and accredited post-secondary institution, along with three years of recent related clinical experience.


In this rewarding position, you will work with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based counselling services, and facilitate group therapy sessions. You will also collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure seamless care and support for our patients.


About the Salary


We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
