About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at MY BOX (CANADA) TRADING LTD. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
