About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Finance Operations Manager to join our team in Markham, Ontario. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving business growth, streamlining operations, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of all financial activities related to business operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, cost accounting, and supplier payments.
  • Analyze financial statements and identify areas for improvement, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Review and approve account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Manage fixed asset physical inventory and oversee the disposal or write-off of assets as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, with MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in an operational finance role, with prior experience in SOX compliance desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of MS Outlook and other MS Office applications required.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
