Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to our customers
Conduct proactive patrols to ensure safety and address policy breaches
Attend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
De-escalate crisis situations and provide support to our customers
Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers
Write clear and detailed reports of incidents and emergencies
Provide first aid and medical response when required
Utilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities
Handle Lost & Found items and inquires

Requirements:

Must possess an Alberta Security License
Must possess a Class 5 Advanced License or higher (GDL or Class 7 not accepted)
Must possess 6+ months of security experience
Must have full availability (Mon to Sun, days, afternoons, nights)
First aid is an asset
$500 sign-on bonus for those who possess all requirements
