Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Electro Motors Company Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and observe electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components as needed.
  • Wind, assemble, and install various types of coils to meet specific requirements.
  • Perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors to ensure smooth operation.
  • Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to ensure proper performance.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a noisy environment and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed. The ability to distinguish between colors and possess manual dexterity is essential.

Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
