About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Cheers Liquor Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Monitor and control sales, inventory, and stock levels to maximize profitability and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to staff to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or liquor sales environment
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
