Automotive Systems Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at North Shore Acura. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
