Administrative Assistant - AAA ROYAL PRODUCTS LTD.

As an experienced Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members. You will be the point of contact for daily operations, handling tasks such as opening and distributing mail, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, arranging travel, and greeting visitors. Your excellent organizational skills will be essential in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. If you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, a permanent contract, and fluency in English, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent contract
  • Fluency in English
