National Account Sales Representative

At The Garland Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our national accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national account customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to customers
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure The Garland Company, Inc. remains competitive
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience in national accounts, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including consultative selling and relationship-building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
