Job Title: National Account Sales

At The Garland Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national account customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to customers
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure The Garland Company, Inc. remains competitive
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience in national accounts, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including consultative selling and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
