Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at Forge Performance Group. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to delivery, driving efficiencies, and directing business optimization to improve overall organization performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee major construction projects, providing guidance and support to project and construction management teams.
  • Set project strategy and success metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of a construction project, including problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients, senior management, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key partners, promoting company credibility and industry leadership.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil/Structural), or graduate of an applicable technical diploma program, and/or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years in an oil & gas construction project management or project supervision role or large-scale construction experience.
  • 5-8 years working experience in a managerial role with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Availability to periodically travel to project sites.
