About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). As a key member of our Early Intervention and Prevention team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our Integrated Youth Services (IYS) delivery model within local Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the PreVenture program, an evidence-based prevention program that promotes mental health and delays substance use among youth.
  • Collaborate with the Early Intervention and Prevention team and the Integration and Implementation Team to bring specific capacities and expertise in Implementation Science, Quality Improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, co-development, coaching, and system change.
  • Provide tailored and contextualized support to Indigenous communities and service providers in all stages of implementation.
  • Work closely with local YWHO networks to ensure the successful implementation of the IYS delivery model.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (social work, counselling, psychology, or a related health or social service discipline).
  • Registration and good standing with a relevant professional college/registering body.
  • At least three years' experience in health promotion/prevention, community health, and/or mental health and substance use services.
  • Valid license and ability to drive to locations as an expectation of travel related to program assignments.
