Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate, Study Management III to join our team at Allergan. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for supporting the Study Project Manager in strategic leadership and driving deliverables and timelines for global trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study Oversight: Provide study-level oversight and leadership of assigned activities within one or more global trials, from inception through closure.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors from initiation through closure, including deliverable oversight and risk management.
  • Recruitment Management: Lead recruitment management activities from country feasibility through subject recruitment and retention.
  • Meeting and Training Leadership: Lead assigned meetings and training sessions, providing regular updates on study status.
  • Inspection Readiness: Ensure inspection readiness and participate in related activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with study activities.
  • Study Materials and Systems: Co-develop and manage study materials and systems throughout the study life cycle.
  • Training and Development: Provide engaging training to stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of progressive Pharma-related/clinical research-related experience with a high level of core and technical competencies.
  • Skills: Competent in application of standard quality procedures (SOP, ICH/GCP, Global Regulations), experienced user of systems such as EDC, IRT, CTMS, and eTMF.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
