Surveillance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at Great Canadian Entertainment. As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily monitoring and observation of casino operations, ensuring the security and integrity of our assets, staff, and patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review surveillance footage to identify potential security risks and incidents
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of surveillance employees in a shift work environment
- Ensure compliance with AGCO regulations and all applicable laws, policies, and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Secondary diploma or equivalent, with preference to graduates with a Post-Secondary education in Law and Security
- Minimum of one year of experience in a security-related field or gaming-related positions, with preference to Supervisory experience
- Strong analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of computer applications and casino surveillance systems
- Competitive hourly rate of $26.00
