The Role:
  • Support day-to-day responsibilities for Insurance Lending and Reverse Mortgage businesses, including new product identification, reporting, operational enhancements, growth analysis, and leading/supporting departmental projects.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of these businesses using analytical abilities to provide qualitative and quantitative input.
  • Develop product expertise in Canadian Insurance Lending and Reverse Mortgage spaces, helping identify new products and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and adequate resource management.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to drive project development and expansion efforts.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders and external resources to implement testing and product updates.
  • Lead implementation process and make recommendations to Product Managers as applicable.
  • Manage ongoing reporting requirements and work alongside the Personal Banking Strategy team to refine automated reporting.
  • Present insights and recommendations based on research and data analysis.
