About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100-$150 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay. As an LPN with Nurse Next Door, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends, allowing you to balance your work-life responsibilities. Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Executing client care plans as outlined by the Care Designer
  • Providing delegations of tasks or training to a care team
  • Assessing client needs and reporting back to the Care Designer with recommendations on complex care plans
  • Functioning within the limits of your own experience and knowledge while practicing safely and competently
  • Completing records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current LPN license
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification
  • A negative TB test result
  • A clear criminal record check
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Comfortable using mobile apps
