We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Infinity Building Solutions Inc.
Job SummaryThe Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare price quotations and negotiate sales agreements with customers.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 sales professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Efficient and effective in managing sales operations.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced sales environment, interacting with customers and sales team members on a daily basis.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work ScheduleThe Sales Supervisor will work 35 hours per week.
