The Role

Mint, an independent creative agency, seeks a visionary Associate Creative Director and Writer to spearhead our teams and develop innovative campaigns.

We're looking for someone who can craft compelling narratives, drive creativity, and mentor others to excel in their roles.

  • Conceptualize and write copy for diverse formats, including digital, film, print, content, and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work that exceeds client expectations
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and outstanding results
  • Present creative ideas confidently, earning trust from clients and stakeholders
  • Develop strong relationships with peers, partners, and clients through open communication and empathy

  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
