Administrative Support Officer

About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administration and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines;
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
- Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration;
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required;
- The successful candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration;
