Job Title: Administrative Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at DPEC FOOD SOLUTIONS INC. as a General Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence and documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including processing and preparing invoices and bank deposits.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records.
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries from clients and the public.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including photocopying, collating, and filing documents.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Conduct research and provide information to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other records as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Diploma or certificate in business administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
